Salamz. Looks like the holiday IS coming to an end. It is Sunday May 30, 2004. Tomorrow the ‘new year’ begins ! Yikes.. times flies so fast that I don’t even realize it! This holiday sees myself being in touch with old friends. Chia Liang, Alia , Safin , Maya, Cin and Nabil !! So nice talking to you peepz !! everyday online. An uncontrollable thingy when you have 24hr access to these fascilities. Yeah, I sure made full use of it ! heheh..but that deosn’t mean other responsibilities are ignored. Holidays means more time with the family eventhough I’m the only one having a break. Siblings goes to school everyday, dad to work. Accompanying mom to go here and there is also fun ! yet sometimes could be boring. Heheh..but that’s besides the point lar. If you peepz loves horses or watching polo , you should check out the nearest stables or polo club . Horses are beautiful creation of Allah… well, what is not beautiful rite.. this holiday managed to ctach at lest 4 polo matches. Friendly ones. Not so much of a tournament.. wut else bout holiday .. oh yeah, heading towards the end of the holiday can be exciting, and at the same time, can make me feel ‘numb’.. ye lah, mana tak nyer.. ur like running long distance, then tetiber stop.. Inertia still there and you feel like u gotta run some more even the fact is uve come to the end of the ‘journey’..! humm, meaning the mood to go back to school will appear bit delayed ! yikes…

Kay, online also means downloading stuffs from the net !! Cribs, music vids and also some songs.. I just found out that Lauryn Hill does resing Sir Bob’s song ! Thus increasing my interest in this genre. To those who listens to it, or at least not reject it like most people reject dangdut even before listening to it, I think you should check out Turn Your Lights Down – Bob Marley feat. Lauryn Hill ! music vid shot at the very studio Bob recorded his songs in Jamaica ! Just a brief yet important reminder I would like to share is .. you should be aware of the lyrics. Some songs from any artists especially the ones from the west , sometimes do have religious elements in them.Kekadang syok sangat with certain tunes that you den’t even realize what you’re singing! And that includes Sir Bob, Beatles and Black Eyed Peas.. alah, y’know the ‘where’s the love’. Kan ada part ‘father, father send your guidance from above’< something like dat..well the father father part boleh dipertikaikan in the sense of the meaning. That’s their number one hit.. pressing on the issue of terrorism,war,oppression and stuffs. Where is the love? And goes on with father father..which father huh??and if ur a fan or have a personality whom ever you like, be it Malcolm X, Napoleon or Muhammad Ali , it is almost compulsory that you should go through their history. Duh yet true ! Biograpghies does interest me to certain extent.

Browsing thru Britney Spears hate sites ! heheh..did that last nite.. cowabungga ! she has more hates sites than Saddam ! pity her huh..tuh la, kata star,people listen to her music, yet being criticized at the same time.. kao kao punyer lah I tell you. Moral of the story, she’s not a perfect example for your kids or your sister or even yourself !(far from perfect that they even call her slut..yikes..that hurts doesn’t it Britney). Being rich and famous and having all you want isn’t meaningful if you do not take care of yourselves, your ‘image’, relations with other people. And most vital, your relation with the Almighty Creator , Allah Ta’ala.. Ive seen rich , successful people, who lives luxurious life splattered with wealth, due to good career, or for wutever reasons that made them rich and famous,or those in the social lime light. I’m not referring to all, but to those bunch who doesn’t show their thanks and syukur to Allah Almighty. As we grow up, and as we progress in life, we should and must be aware of the word ‘humble’. In fact we are Abdi s to Allah rite. The more successful , happy or healthier we become, the more humble we should be. And that means not boasting what we’ve achieved ,what good suffs we’ve done ! And if rewarded with praises, don’t get riak.. Cos if you do , you are in trouble !

Another issue which caught my attention during the hols ; the Tarikat issue. If you have heard about this Naqshbandi , led by Sheikh Nazim and also Sheikh Hisyam. Both from Cyprus, are very much active especially in the US, UK and also Malaysia. Try browsing thru net net on Naqshbadi tau. You might find it interesting because Naqshbandi is recognized world wide . They do have many followers in Malaysia. Now don’t get me wrong, I’ve sort of tagged along someone I know joins this Tariqat . When I was small I remembered they use to zikr in the dark. Not that the electricity went off ..but they actually switch of the light! Uhmm, I never see it done in Malaysian mosque before,or even in Mecca or Medina, that’s why I find it weird even our Tahajjd or Taubat are done with lights switched off. Kay, may not be intriguing yet for you,kay.. to my next point. Naqshbandi believes in wearing amulet.. a.k.a tangkal a.k.a azimat !!!!! Tak kisah la tarikat mana pon, or mazhab mana sekalipun , in my opinion , azimat itu sememangnya syirik ! Menduakan Allah that is coz its like believing the amulet could actually ward off evil and bad luck from you ! And there’s the sticker thingy where they have Quranic verses on it, produced and supplied to their followers so they can stick it on the wall, window or at the door. Another thing  usually before the Sheikh leaves a ceremony or prayer, there will be this thing whereby those who are near to the Sheikh will hold his shoulder,And the person behind them does the same until the person yang kat belakang skali. ..ayyoo..tak faham betul lah.. don’t forget to read up about them tau.. its not out in the papers to ban this thing or stuffs.. the Sheikh HAS been to our PM’a office,took photo lagik..so,the rest I leave you to THINK.think only tau..i don’t know if the PM knows that the tarikat’s followers wear tangkal.. and people, I’m not writing this just for fun. I’m sticking to what I know, 1st hand !! *Beware,beware*

Kay, go on to my last paragraph.today back to school !! heheh..i do love the Bata’s campaign especially when it’s heading towards the end of school holiday..macam2 promotion ! but no more Bata for me!! Hehehehe.. oh ya, back to campus means less time online ! hehe..betul ker ha?? Betul la..looking forward to meet the new batch.. my next blog insyaAllah will be about the UNs in life.. unfair,un wutever else..bye ! salamz..

holiday,blog and brunei

salamz..erlow there y'all.hikzz..been quite sometimes since i last wrote a long post.My mind waktu cuti ni bercelaru sikit la.Ye la,macam-macam nak dan kena buat.Running errands for my mom and other stuffs.Cuti kali nie walaupun tak travel(like some of my friends),pi Kinabalu lah,pi pulau-pulau dan cuti-cuti Malaysia lah) i still find it interesting!Sabtu lepas,ada gath 2nd batch KMP at KLCC,i was invited by brother Ariff Ameedeen.but I had to let that one go coz I was with my family.Tapi tak kisah la tuh.I've discussed something about 'time with the family' in this blog before,so,I won't touch it just yet.

I had fun reading other people's blog and I tell you their blogs are like so cool!! Especially this Azfar dude.Nak buat blog,write posts is easy,tapi kena ada interest and the creativity..I lack the latter one.HTML should be easy to one of us,but for me,I'm not good at it.Tapi sikit2 bley la kotz.HTML online tutorial does help.So if you peepz out there wanna give it a try, check out this link okay..plus there are free templates which u can actually use to set up ur blogs.

This holiday started quite slow and steady.Had a few family outing which was kinda fun ! I just got myself a new pair of glasses.If it was my wallet,sure dah kering dah.Luckily kat rumah..tuh la the few nice things you get when you're at home. :) I tried kick-boxing today.Thought it was something totally different from other defence art.but actually sts something like taekwando+silat in a way,cuma for kickboxing takde la belajar buah asas or wuteva. Hikz..i i haven't work out for like a month now.My last 'exercise' was during the Assunta challenge,and that was it.No jogging or exercise after that.Ditambah lagi dengan cuti 3 minggu nie,takde kerja sangat,duduk rumah,makan,tidur,jalan sket..ayoo.. kepada kawan2 seangkatan, kalu musim cuti tuh,rajin2 la pi jogging,or any kind of riadah..kalu tak lenguh badan.And bila start balik exercise,muscle semua jam!

so what's with the post's title??Crown Prince of Brunei.he's actually my friend.hehe..no lar..but I've met him before.His name is Pengiran Muhtadee..(im not sure how to spell pengiran..).Met him during my visit to Brunei in year 1996.(thought i had a crush on him) .Masa tuh the Sultan's 50th birthday.the sultan invited Michael Jackson to come.I went to watch the concert.It was free.So need to worry of booking or paying for tickets.And i even got the front row seat!beat that.after the concerto,my family and i took photo with jacko.one of the bruneians photographer.the picture entah ker mana..tuh yang tak best tuh.Jerudong park is another place of attraction in tiny oil-rich Islamic sultanate,besides the grand palaces and the Brunei Museum and bagunan alat kebesaran diraja.ive been to the alat kebesaran diraja gallery.it was the Sir Winston Churchill memorial before that.. 'sebagai penghormatan dan kenangan terhadap jasa-jasa Sir Winston Churchill dalam perang dunia ke2..'<-- as quoted in the gallery book which i still keep.1996 was the year Jerudong Park was opened. Cool rides..Free!no entrance fee.Only have to pay 1 brunei dollar for a can drink and thats it.tapi masa pi tuh takde orang!i mean,tak ramai.siket giler.felt like visiting richie rich park.And kalau kat Malaysia the country or state guests are mostly driven in black perdana-s or Mercedes,over there its Daimler!super-rich country(oil&gas reserve).plus the population isn't even 400 thousand!well that's the few wow! facts which i find interesting.Going on to the crown Prince.. he's getting married to a 17yr old Brunei commoner,Sarah Salleh.!!that's the next big event Southeast Asia will be waiting for. to Crown Prince Muhtadee,if you're reading this ,'Congratulations!' ha,korang nak kahwin bila lagi eh?!hehe..for epidemiology assignment last block,for the class data ada field for preferred age of marriage.i put 28.ok la tuh.kay la,really gottago now.chowz!!

salamz and a good day to all.am at the comp lab.no one here except for..well..me.managed to catch the 12.30noon van helsing show.awesome !!!! phew. 5 outta 5 i say.well,now that exam is FINALLY over,i get to do wuteva i want..heheh.finished 2 days ago.Friday itself most of my classmates went home.Then yesterday morning the 'USM kelantan tour' group left, leaving the 1st year fascilitator team behind.yesterday wuz a ll bit boring.went to the comp lab,wanted to write a new post,but was distracted by visitors from other school visiting the campus.sedikit 'concious'<<1 of the fav sentence of tee kay see yenz.humm..tapi petang semalam best.if you people have been to TC(doh!) maybe its easier to imagine. I went to TC around 5pm with my friend's siblings.Kecik lagi,form 1 sorang,the other 1 primary 5 .we went rock climbing along the shore line.the rocks there ayyo..a lil bit challenging..but we managed to get to the other side yg tak ramai orang pergi though we say at least 2 couples dating.forget about the couples,i went there to see the power of Allah Almighty.the scenery of the rocks,sea,the skyline..humm,very beautiful.. well,regarding the rocks..ada yg macam Pride Rock (in Lion King) if you remember. balik tuh ,penat tak ingat.i was more tired than my usual visit to the rocky zones.semalam gatal tak lunch .sent the kids home..ingat nak pi pasar minggu but then penat !!! ended up stuffing nan and fried rice at Taj Point.hehe..puas hati.then balik campus.Slept till morning.bangun 5.40am,woke my roomate,then off to SlumberLand again..darn.sedar2 dah 10.38am..heheh

kay..im gonna be on holiday for 3 weekz!!! hope that this holiday will be better than the previous..plus,dah lama gila tak dapat cuti lama lyke dis..oopzz..mind the spelling.not kewl la..hehe.erm,oh ya,if you notice,on ur left handside is a chat link thingy.do chat with me if im online kay !!!! humm..cuti nie macam-macam plannyer..finish up a book or two..update my page,wutelse..spend time with my family la .per lagik..u know.. i juz find it weird whenever we're on holidays,some of us tend to spend more time outside the house ,not with the family,but with frens or with their bee or gee efz.humm..bukan nak kutuk.serious..cuma nak ngomen siket lar..to those yang berkenaan..i mean,when we're not on holiday,we're at d campus,struggling with our studies..so,apa salahnye,bila balik tuh,spend la masa dengan yang sebaiknya with our family.i always put it like this,there's no more precious group of people in our lives than our family.dah ada family tuh,buat la cara ada family.some other people tak bernasib baik seperti kita.born without family,or lost their family.disease,accidents,humm..where im going to ?? maksud aku,tak semestinya berkurung kat rumah,not like dat arr plz..spend quality time with the family..kay? as for myself,if i go home,i won't go out at all..not without my family.we do go out to the mall or dine out.simply kewl to have the whole family together.my day sometimes he's busy with work,as a family member compensate la . and another thing,i know i don't know when im going to end,or when another member of the family is..i always put it like that.to show our love ,care ,respect and attention to them is not tomorrow,or after we really achieve what we want in life.It is now.That is the happiness of life to me,keeping myself happy by making my family happy and proud that they belong to a much blessed family. to know one of my family member fall sick,or get tangled up with wordly problem does stresses me out.whenever Allah Almighty gives a punishment it isn't usually fall on to 1 particular person.Most probably to the other family members all the whole family it self.Even worse to the coming generations.We might not realise there and then,we might realise it when we ourselves have kids.Our kids may repeat the same thing what we did before..mistreat,undertreat..wutvea which may come possible.I once did a huge mistake.My siblings,boy ..really naughty at times.I couldn't control my anger that time.I slapped my adik..humm..without thinking obviously.My pakcik tegur.He said,this isn't the way..what i did was wrong. Things doesn't have to work out through the hard and harsh way.From then on,I became more positive of treating and taking care of my family in a more responsible manner.Never shout at your parents,never make any sound or utter of disapproval.If tak setuju,cakap terus terang,with adab of course.The beauty of Islam is that we are thought these values..To apply it is not hard.Don't think of what's good for yourself,but whats good for everyone.I know whatever i am typing here may be typical words repeated all the time by our parents ot whoever guides us to the true path.But believe me,it is worth it to stay with me till the end of this paragraph.We may not know what we love until we lose them.That's a fact right?And when we lose it,we cry,eternal grief overlies us.How much worth are our tears and sadness when we lost out beloved ones.Mula nak regret..so,come and think about it okay my friends.Ive known several people who loves their family,but what they get in return is only hate.Who is to blame.God bless you all.Something just came up.A friend of mine just rang a minute ago.He said 'adik -beradik dia baru kena halau dari rumah..'..humm..kay,till next time.
